The toolbar in the screenshot below with the list of cycles is the Cycle Toolbar. In your software you will see it just above the chart.
You can show or hide the Cycle Toolbar by using the menu View -> Show (or Hide) Cycle Toolbar.
Clicking one of the buttons labelled with the nominal cycle wavelength will choose to display items belonging to that cycle. The FLD, VTL, Triad & Channel lines for that cycle will be displayed if you have those elements selected.
The toolbar gives you a quick and easy way of selecting elements for a particular cycle, instead of individually selecting that cycle from each of the tool dropdown menus (the FLD, VTL etc.).
