When loading MT4 data, if one or more data files are missing (not all of them, otherwise you'll want to take a look at this article) then there is an issue with those data files.
From version 4.0.1.0 of Sentient Trader onward, to prevent crashes, ST will not display data files that are too large or have some sort of issue with them which is making them illegible.
If you are encountering this problem please contact support. They will provide instructions to fix this problem.
